The world would surely be a very different place without creatives.
When we are in our creative flow, we access the right sides of our brain, that alters the chemistry of our brains, whilst releasing the feel good hormones that help us feel more balanced and regulated.
When we express or receive gratitude, our brains release dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin, which are neurotransmitters that are associated with feelings of happiness, connection and contentment.
